How do you ensure my produce stays fresh during delivery?
We use Climate-Controlled Couriers and insulated, temperature-monitored bins. Our "Freshness First" team picks your items directly from the shelves just minutes before your delivery window starts.
What if I’m not happy with the quality of an item?
We stand by our "Vine-to-Table Guarantee." If any item—from a single avocado to a cut of steak—doesn't meet your standards, simply snap a photo through the app for an instant credit or a full refund. No questions asked.
Is your packaging truly plastic-free?
Almost! 90% of our packaging is now compostable or reusable. We use cornstarch-based bags for produce and FSC-certified paper for groceries. For liquids, we offer a glass bottle return program through our Eco-Refill stations.
How "local" is your local produce?
We define local as grown or produced within a 100-mile radius of our store. Each item is tagged with a "Farm-Code" so you can see exactly where your food was harvested.
